Prospective poster presenters are asked to submit a one-page 150-word abstract with a graphic electronically to Carlee Black via email: carleel@vt.edu.

The final submission deadline is

      Friday, April 5, 2024.

Make sure you register for the event as well as complete your lodging accommodations.-

Poster size is 36 inches high by 48 inches wide, push-pins provided.  Some presenters choose to create Powerpoint-type presentation sheets while others create one large display. Whatever works.
