Abstracts

Abstract Submission

Lecture and poster presenters are asked to submit a one-page ~ 150-word abstract, with a graphic if desired, electronically to Carlee Linkous via email: carleel@vt.edu. All approved lectures will be considered invited and most will be established researchers. Lectures and posters are especially encouraged from faculty, researchers, and students working in the areas described for this event.

 

Submission deadline: January 31, 2022.

 

If you need to provide updates to your initial submission or have last-minute submission requests, please email carleel@vt.edu by no later than

      May 2, 2022.

Make sure you register for the event as well as complete your lodging accommodations.

Posters

Poster size is 40 inches high by 60 inches wide, push-pins provided.  Some presenters choose to create Powerpoint-type presentation sheets while others create one large display. Whatever works.
