Prospective poster presenters are asked to submit a one-page 150-word abstract with a graphic electronically to Carlee Linkous via email: carleel@vt.edu. All student submissions will be considered for the Best Poster Award.

The final submission deadline is

      Thursday, September 1, 2022.

 

Make sure you register for the event as well as complete your lodging accommodations.-

 

Poster size is 40 inches high by 60 inches wide, push-pins provided.  Some presenters choose to create Powerpoint-type presentation sheets while others create one large display. Whatever works.
