Asilomar Conference Grounds is within minutes of Monterey, Carmel, and Pebble Beach located at 800 Asilomar Blvd. Located just 75 miles south of San Jose and 120 miles south of San Francisco, Asilomar is conveniently served by the Monterey Peninsula, San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland airports.
If you do not plan to rent a car, suggested transportation to the site is by Monterey Air Bus (www.montereyairbus.com, 831-373-7777). Please contact them directly for reservations.
SFO: 2 2.5 hours ride
SJC: 1.5 hours ride
Cost is approx
$35.00/$45.00 at which point you are dropped at a local town site and obtain
further transportation by public bus or taxi, OR you can pay the bus service
an extra amount to drop you off at Asilomar.
