INVITATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION

The US and Mexico have a growing exchange of research scientists and engineers. The mutual interest in petrochemicals as the basis for current polymer technology makes a strong driving force for collaborative research and development. An equally strong interest in renewable bio-based feedstocks brings to focus common interests in future technologies and biopolymers. This first bi-national symposium will bring together polymer scientists from the US and Mexico to exchange ideas, promote collaboration and discuss future trends of polymer science and technology and their impact in the North American region.
