ACCOMMODATIONS


The Joint US/Japan Summit will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton in Ventura California USA.  The venue is nestled on 17 acres of prime coastal land, overlooking Ventura Harbor, on California's Gold Coast.  The Four Points is located less than an hour North of Los Angeles and 30 minutes South of Santa Barbara on Highway 101.  It's architecture was designed by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and is the prime accommodation for visiting the Channel Islands National Park.

Hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel by phone (805-658-1212) or fax (805-658-6347), requesting the ACS Division of Polymer Chemistry rate of $129.00 (plus taxes) per night.

For Door-to-Door Rideshare, Exclusive Van or bus service, the pick-up location is located at the lower level arrival area at LAX outside baggage claim at the center island beneath the GREEN sign reading "Flyaway, Buses, Long Distance Vans". You must be at the proper stop to insure pick-up.
For Town Car Sedan and Limousine Curb Meet Service, the pick-up location is located at the lower level arrival area at LAX outside baggage claim at the inside white curb. Please let the dispatcher know what you are wearing so the chauffeur can identify you and your group.
For baggage claim "Meet and Greet" service your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign with your last name or group name as you enter baggage claim from your arriving flight. This service has a $15 service fee for parking.
